As a customer, all you need to do is visit any Paycentre location near you, and a Paycentre agent will walk you through the processes. As a potential agent, all you need do is complete the signup form on the Paycentre website, and a Paycentre representative will get in touch with you.
Paycentre pretty much works like a bank. You visit any Paycentre location and do any transaction. In essence, Paycentre is your neighborhood bank.
Paycentre is NOT bank in that it is not a financial institution. However, Paycentre brings banking services closer to your doorstep.

There are convenience fees attached to Paycentre services. The amount charged is dependent on the service required.
An ambassador is a sales agent/representative of Paycentre whose job is to source for agents and also monitor agents who are under his/her jurisdiction. An ambassador may also double as a agent. This means that an ambassador can also be a agent if he/she has the necessary criteria to be a agent, An ambassador also serves as the link between an agent and ESL.
You may become an ambassador if you have passed the screening process set up to onboard ambassadors. This means that certain criteria have been set up to employ ambassadors and you qualify to be one if you have at least 70% of these criteria
An agent is a merchant or business owner, who has been screened and qualified to integrate paycentre with his/her business. This means that an agent is anyone who runs a business, passes the criteria set, and agrees to provide financial access to customers.
A customer goes to a paycentre agent and requests to do a transaction.A customer may want to do a cash or card transaction depending on what the transaction entails. If cash, agent accepts cash from customer and consummates transaction with his/her(agent) preloaded card. if card, agent consummates transaction with customer's card
As a Paycentre agent, you can earn extra income by charging customers a convenience fee on each service transaction offered.

For all transactions consummated before 12 noon, settlement will be at 4:00 pm same day. For all transactions consummated after 12 noon, settlement will at 4:00 pm the next day. (This is exclusive of weekends and public holidays)
